Features:

• To realize the application of different paper material, we can use not only high-quality base paper, but also low-quality base paper to produce high-strength corrugated cardboard. Our unique technology ensures the production of high-strength corrugated cardboard.
• Realize the production of high GSM paper and low GSM base paper to produce high-quality corrugated cardboard. We use automatic tension control in the production line to reduce the interruption of base paper in the production process.
• Realize the automatic control of glue application, ensure the matching of glue with different speeds, corrugated shape and base paper, as well as the appropriate production temperature, and realize energy-saving production.
• For the efficient control system of the production line, we adopt the control system of German Siemens PROFIBUS 1200. This advanced system can communicate and control the base paper parameters and the production of different products in real time, and fully realize the automatic change of orders.
